LKQ Headquarters

We partnered with Choate Construction for interior and exterior commercial painting services for LKQ Regional Headquarters and Operations Center outside of Nashville, TN.

CHS Headquarters

In 2017, Brasfield & Gorrie General Contractors completed the newly constructed six-story building with over 240,000 square feet of space. Our C&R team completed the entire interior painting for this beautiful building.

Columbia

Working with Steelhead Building Group, we completed a stunning interior and exterior paint renovation for Columbia.

DWC Headquarters

We completed an interior refresh of workspaces and fresh exterior paint for the headquarters building and were so very pleased with the results.

Burton Hills II

Eakin Partners hired us in 2019 to remove all of the vinyl wallcoverings in the common areas and paint to give the building a much more modern appearance.

5TH and Union Building

Working on the 5th and Union Building our team was able to revive this classic building by refinishing exterior paint renovations.

Redpepper

Our team completed an extraordinary interior and exterior paint renovation at Redpepper.

Complete exterior repaint renovation for Cambria, a natural stone supplier, at their Trousdale Lane Showroom.

Multi-Family

Eastside Heights

In a partnership with Hardaway Construction, we completed the interior and exterior painting of Eastside Heights, a mixed-use apartment and retail space in East Nashville.

Icon at the Gulch

As the largest residential building in Nashville, this was one of the most sought after condo projects in the Gulch. With modern sophistication with its 20ft ceiling lobby, this condo building is surrounded by high-end retailers and restaurants. This luxury building features stained concrete floors, clean lines, and eclectic worlds of art. The Gulch is the first LEED-certified neighborhood in all of Tennessee promoting environmentally friendly and energy-efficient designs.

Jeff Ruby’s

C&R Services worked to complete an exquisite commercial interior paint project for Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse, a Nashville staple.

Chauhan Ale and Masala

We completed a beautiful interior and exterior paint renovation, breathing new life into one of Morph Hospitality Group’s original restaurant concepts.

CAVA

Our team helped perfect the look of this local restaurant. They offer delicious, feel-good food, inspired by Mediterranean roots.

Flyte

We completed an exterior paint renovation for Flyte World Dining & Wine. This farm-to-table term to heart by harvesting and bringing fresh vegetables to the restaurant from his family’s Castalian Springs.

Whiskey Kitchen

Our team completed an exquisite exterior paint renovation for M Street Nashville’s Whiskey Kitchen.

Pot Belly

We completed an interior and exterior paint renovation for Pot Belly that offers a retro-style counter-serve chain known for made-to-order toasted sandwiches, salads & baked goods.

Deacons

Upscale-casual steakhouse in the iconic L&C Tower in Nashville that offers authentic Southern favorites with world-wide inspiration. While the building was completed in the 1950s, the art-deco incorporates brass and copper details and bold patterns.

Hawthorne

C&R Services completed this restaurant interior and exterior paint for a fresh look from the inside out.

Von Elrods

We completed this project for Holladay Construction Group in 2017 that offers a casual, fun entertainment for their guests.

Hospitality

Fairlane Hotel

Working with Crain Construction, we honored the original mid-century architecture of Nashville’s downtown Fairlane Hotel with retro-modern interior paint detailing.

JW Marriott

2018 JP Morgan rented out the entire hotel for their annual conference – we refinished approximately 500 doors and performed touch-ups throughout the hotel.

Embassy Suites at Vanderbilt

Refreshed the entire exterior paint work of the Embassy Suites at Vanderbilt.

Venues

Clementine

The venue was originally constructed in 1889 as a church. Steelhead Building Group converted this decadent worship space into a gorgeous modern-day event space. With high brick ceilings, pine floors, and wood trusses on the interior and the defining entry courtyard on the exterior, Clementine invites guests to experience its beautiful history. We are still beaming on the transformation!

Cheekwood

The Carter Group was the general contractor on this beautiful transformation of the Frist family horse stables and garage into a new café, additional meeting and retail space, refurbished art studios, and classrooms in the Frist Learning Center. C&R was involved in all aspects of the finishes and a proud supporter of Cheekwood. Read all about the conversion here.

Residential

Ford Address

The client started to “limewash” his house and it was not going as planned when he called us in to fix the problem. We suggested he “whitewash” his house instead to achieve the look he and his Fiancé wanted.

Walker Residence

The client wanted to freshen up all of the white railings, pergola, and such so we pressure washed it and painted it and the grey on the porch.

Wondrow Residence

Built-in 1984, the original brick was light brown in color. C&R was able to give the home a modern-day “farmhouse” look by whitewashing the brick, painting the metal columns to appear as dark wood, and removing the plastic shutters for an updated, fresh appearance for all to enjoy.

Bullinger Residence

Residential renovation of the interior and exterior painting for the Carter Group of this “loft” above a retail art gallery in downtown Nashville.

Industrial

1601 Elm Hill

This large Industrial Warehouse was repainted for a fresh look on the exterior walls with a beautiful slate grey tone and bright blue shipping doors to make it pop.

Superior Graphite

Beautifully done Superior Graphite industrial renovation.

Airpark

This was a complete repaint of 7 of the industrial buildings before it was sold to The Silverman Group. We completed the work for McCurry Construction.

Judith Bright

Luxury, upscale, handmade Jewelry shop received a renovation of their Interior and exterior walls for this beautiful retail space! This shop has serviced celebrities and high-end clientele with her beautiful offerings.

Helzberg Diamonds

This luxury full-service Jewelry store received a fresh Interior renovation with new paint.

Murfreesboro – Fab’rik

A high-end, chic, and trendy Retail Space received a beautiful renovation and facelift with fresh paint within the Interior and Exterior spaces.
