About C&R Services

Tiffany has been managing the company full time since 2008. She achieved her Real Property Administrator designation through BOMA and received her Bachelors in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. She was an active member of BNI Green Hills, BOMA Nashville, NAIOP, WINC (Women In Networking & Construction) & the Nashville Chamber of Commerce. She is currently a member of IFMA Nashville, CREW Nashville & NAWIC Nashville

Jason was employed as a Maintenance Engineer for a large real estate firm, now known as Cushman & Wakefield when the opportunity to start C&R Services came along. Since he started C&R Services as a “DBA” in 2001, the business has grown into a multimillion-dollar corporation. Jason has a myriad of talents, but he is officially a trained chef through the Culinary Institute of America. Jason is married to his best friend and soulmate of 16 years, Tiffany, and is father to their children Hayden and Riley. In his spare time, he enjoys live music events and traveling with his family.

Julie recently accepted the role of Project Coordinator to ensure accuracy in all of our estimates, projects, certificates of insurance, Building Connected, and stays in touch with all of our clients to meet their needs. She is also in charge of keeping the office running smooth, or as smooth as it can be with the hectic work environment of an ever-changing workplace. As Office Manager, she is in charge of the day to day activities and pitching in wherever she can to help.

As Controller, Caleb manages all aspects of our accounting and financial activities. He also manages payroll, our cell phones, taxes and all of the C&R contracts. He studied accounting and business at Western Kentucky University and began working with us in March 2019. When he’s not crunching numbers at the office, you might find Caleb enjoying the great outdoors with his dog Chip.

Josh is C&R’s primary Estimator. He heads up estimating, procurement and customer relations. He will also be training our newest member, Hayden in all aspects of estimation. An original Nashvillian, he worked in concrete construction before joining the C&R Services crew in July 2019 and speaks fluent Spanish. A few of Josh’s favorite things include cars, pit bulls and action sports.

Hayden is a recent graduate of Springfield High School where he was active in Band and the Tennis team. He is currently training with Josh in the estimating department and plans to pursue a certification in Construction. Hayden enjoys spending time with his family and loves to travel to the beach (any beach will do). He is excited about his future at C&R Services.

Zachary is our newest Estimator/Project Manager at C&R. He most recently studied Hydrology and Water Security in graduate school at the University of Oklahoma. He received his B.S. in Professional Geology at Bloomsburg University with a Minor in Business Management. Zach’s past experience includes running a masonry company and managing regional operations of a Stormwater Management Company headquartered in North Carolina. Zach is looking forward to promoting and enhancing management best practices to ensure the continued growth and success of the C&R team. As a recent Tennessean, you may find Zach exploring Nashville or watching football on his days off.
